Neil Hammond started in the industry designing off grid power supplies for remote locations. He went on to set up Chillwind Limited, where he designed and installed meteorological masts and monitoring systems for use on wind farm sites throughout the UK and Europe. He sold the business to concentrate on developing Wind Harvest.

Simon Tribe has managed the design and assessment of over 50 wind farms, ranging from single turbines to some of the largest onshore and offshore wind farms in the UK. He has worked with utilities, community groups and private landowners to develop several hundred megawatts of installed capacity, throughout the UK.

Alex Dalton is an electrical engineer who has spent several years working as a project manager in a wind energy consultancy, with previous experience managing contracts for National Grid and Scottish Power. He provides technical support to the Wind Harvest team in terms of grid analysis and feasibility studies, as well as coordinating site assessments and planning applications.
