Planning consent for Isle of Skye wind farm
Beinn Mheadhonach is a proposed 4 turbine wind farm on the Isle of Skye with a capacity of 9.2MW (based on the Enercon E70 turbine with 64m hub). The project received delegated approval in August 2019, supported by both the planning officer and local councillors.

Caithness wind farm commissioned
Wind Harvest's largest wind farm to date is now generating at full capacity (9.2MW). The project has implemented an innovative capacity sharing agreement with MeyGen's tidal stream development at Ness of Quoys, allowing generation to start 3 years before Lochend's firm connection is available.
